Sirius XM News—Updated



from Twice.com, Sirius XM said it will begin offering a la carte programming on Oct. 6, allowing consumers to pick and choose which stations they would like to hear.The a la carte programming will let users choose from 50 stations at a fee of $6.99/month but will require new radios.Sirius XM will also offer its full slate of new program plans on Oct. 6 including “Best of Both” programs where XM listeners can receive Howard Stern and NFL football and Sirius listeners can receive Oprah, NBA and NHL programming, in each case for an extra $4/month (or $16.99) without requiring new radios. continuedI have heard through the grapevine that NHL Live will start again on September 22nd.
