Alexander Ovechkin, Alexander Semin, and Mike Green are on the ballot, but feel free to write in your favorite Capital. Since.nhl voting is not restricted by Federal or State election laws (nice thought though, Starbucks), the league is offering fans an extra incentive to submit their ballots: all those voting will be entered into a contest for a trip to Montreal and tickets to the All-Star Game.
